All routine GP appointments and Repeat Prescriptions can be booked and ordered online using one of the available apps or websites (e.g. NHS app or Patient Access).
In order to use this service you will need a PIN number. If you don’t have a PIN number then please request one by speaking to a receptionist or send an email request to nencicb-nor.wmg@nhs.net (give your name, address & date of birth).
If you currently have a PIN number but find that you can’t order prescriptions, please send an email to the above address and we will enable this for you.
