We have had a Patient Participation Group (PPG) since 2011 and meet quarterly to discuss areas of interest in order to improve the quality of services we provide to our patients. The group consists of patients from different geographical areas covered by White Medical Group to ensure that the opinions are represented from across the practice area.
The group meets quarterly to discuss ways of improving the services provided by White Medical Group. Each year the PPG develops an Action Plan of areas it would like to see improved over the coming months. This is then incorporated into our Annual PPG Report (see below).
