If you are sending information for an existing GP appointment e.g. photos, make sure you include the date and time of the appointment along with the name of the clinician. This helps us pass on the information in a timely manner.
Please note that we don’t accept photos from patients unless you have an appointment booked.
All requests to speak to a GP are treated as appointments – If you want to discuss any issue with a GP, you need to make an appointment in the normal way.
